Interior Cleansing From the Exterior View

How do we accumulate so much junk-garbage-crap-stuff! It’s everywhere crammed into closets and drawers, piling up on dressers, desks and lurking around every corner of our abodes, threatening our very existence. We hold on to every little scrap like they are tiny extensions of who we are and in throwing something in the trash it is, in essence, discarding a piece of our self? We must D'clutter in order for our mind and spirit to be set free. To lift the weight that has anchored us in the port of depression and desolation. Just expel it all from your life. Each item tossed will lift you in ways you new not existed. It may help to chant “Losing any unnecessary item will not kill me” (and by unnecessary I mean ANY item we’ve not touched in one solid year) If you give it to a charitable organization you will feel even more free from it. Now you haven’t tossed it out, you’ve actually contributed your small part in saving humanity. Now it’s actually an accomplishment. In short, it will cut through the suppressive cloud that lingers here and lift the anchor to set you free to new horizons.
